Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least ten years of relevant technical experience, or fourteen years of Platform Engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong hands-on Linux systems administration and command-line experience.
• Solid experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Platform Design & Maintenance: Architect, deploy, and maintain internal developer platforms and environments that support efficient application development and continuous deployment.
• Automation & CI/CD: Automate workflows and configuration tasks using Ansible to reduce manual overhead and accelerate delivery pipelines.
• Observability & Performance: Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance with modern observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure and platform-level defects.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce platform security controls and regulatory compliance across environments.
• Developer Experience: Partner with software teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve tooling.
