Responsibilities

• Respond to operational support requests in a 24/5 environment, meeting SLAs and prioritizing work across internal customers and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and support Linux-based hardware systems using terminal tools beyond documented workflows.
• Identify recurring issues and work with engineering to stabilize and operationalize support workflows.
• Create, update and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.
