Sony Playstation is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer in Los Angeles, CA, to lead the design and evolution of our production infrastructure. You will direct the Systems Administration team and oversee Linux systems, enterprise server hardware, and high-availability infrastructure.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and strong Linux/Windows experience. The compensation range for this role is $155,900 to $233,900 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience in a senior or lead infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware, including troubleshooting and lifecycle planning.
• Experience designing or overseeing monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of Linux and Windows platforms.
• Architect and support enterprise server hardware and storage platforms.
• Define and own the monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy.
