Links at Starkville in Starkville, MS, is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director by responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance across the property, including on-site living which saves commuting time.

Qualifications

• Experience in responding to resident repair requests.
• Proficient in preventative maintenance.
• Ability to perform painting, drywall, lighting, and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting and do basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at Starkville.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
