Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance repairs or management.
• Knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks, creating processes for maintenance requests.
• Hiring and training new employees.
• Inspecting systems such as plumbing, heating and HVAC.
• Ensure health and safety policies are compliant.
• Monitorequipmentinventory and place orders when necessary.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including budgeting, scheduling, training, quality control, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding status of maintenance projects.
• Inspect building for signs of structural damage or other issues.
• Coordinate with contractors to take preventative maintenance updates.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at the beautifulLinks at Oxford Apartments! The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance of the Apartment units and Office Clubhouse. Being reliable with attention to detail is the first step to becoming a Maintenance Director. The intention is to ensure the company facilities are maintained and sufficient to support the company’s business operations.
