Lindsey Management Co., Inc. manages the Links at Starkville apartment community in Starkville, MS, seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician.

The role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director, handling resident repair requests and preventive maintenance across the property, with on-site living as part of the compensation. The position requires responding to maintenance needs, performing repairs, maintaining units, and participating in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at Starkville.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
