Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Links at Bentonville apartment community.

The role involves responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site, with benefits including rent discounts for living on-site. You will support the Community Director and Maintenance Director, perform general maintenance tasks, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience across a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Background check and drug screening required; valid driver’s license.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at Bentonville.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

• Previous property maintenance experience preferred
