Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in a newsroom or digital publisher.
• Demonstrated ghostwriting LinkedIn posts for founders, execs, and B2B players with clips.
• Experience interviewing founders and C-suite on deadline, not marketing tone.
• Experience using AI tools to create first drafts.
• Ability to spot AI sentence constructions and bad AI writing instantly.
• Edit quickly and precisely to high standards.
• Strong customer-facing aura and strategic brain for LinkedIn.
