Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from college or university in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Native-level or fully bilingual fluency in required language(s).
• Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Write and report relevant bugs and errors using internal database system.
• Ability to undertake and prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently.
• Native language skills and cultural awareness of native country.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• QA various products by following testing instructions and test cases.
• Discover and report defects using client-specific bug tracking tools.
• Evaluate translations in the context of software, mobile apps and documentation.
• Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in the target language and research linguistic questions.
• Adhere to client quality standards and glossaries.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and communicate testing issues.
