Job summary

Qualifications

• Current or previous Journeyman Lineman (JL) certification/card.
• Extensive experience performing electrical distribution work.
• Strong understanding of utility construction, maintenance, and safe work practices.
• Ability to objectively evaluate the work of others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor training environment.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or evaluating linemen.
• Familiarity with utility safety compliance programs and proficiency assessments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices related to electric distribution systems.
