Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of all operational aspects of electrical transmission and distribution systems.
• Familiar with applicable safety manuals, construction specs, NEC and OSHA rules.
• Must have supervisory and leadership abilities for directing crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning and coordination of construction, maintenance and operations of electric facilities.
• Promote safe working habits and enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Direct and supervise crews, motivate, train and evaluate subordinates for productivity.
• Ensure service reliability for customers and maintain quality performance.
