Job summary

Bird Electric Enterprises is seeking a direct and hands-on Lineman Foreman to supervise cable installation and repair on electrical distribution systems. You will plan and coordinate craft teams, enforce safety standards and drive efficient work practices in a demanding outdoor environment.

The role requires journeyman-level experience, strong knowledge of HV cables, and the ability to conduct pre-job safety plans and toolbox talks. Excellent leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

Journeyman Lineman or equivalent in industrial construction with HV cables.
Strong knowledge of installation/repair of cables or wires in electrical power systems.
Must be 18+ and able to complete pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise installation or repair of cables on electrical power systems.
Plan and coordinate craft workers to ensure safety and efficiency.
Lead safety-related processes and aim for zero injuries.
Review timecards and support scheduling and FPMS usage.
Lead pre-job safety planning and toolbox talks.
