Responsibilities

• Monitors facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Communicates with ICs/ISPs and temporary staff on load plan changes and updates systems accordingly.
• Investigates customer service complaints to resolve issues and achieve satisfaction.
• Escalates unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Coordinates dispatch of linehaul equipment and enters events into the system for timely delivery and pickup.
