P.F. Chang's in Fort Myers, FL is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef. You will prepare food according to established recipes and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Love for food with an eye for detail, and knowledge of weights, measures, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service & etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
