P.F. Chang's in Freehold, New Jersey is hiring for multiple hourly kitchen roles including Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef. Roles are available for full-time and part-time hours with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Food handler's card where applicable; we help you obtain one.
• Love for food with attention to detail in cooking.
• Ability to learn the menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in kitchen.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods per chef's guidance.
• Set up, operate, breakdown and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards.
