Job summary

Danone in Minster, Ohio seeks a Line Leader to guide the Line Trio and Line Team in achieving safety, quality, cost and production objectives. The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, training, and continuous improvement across daily management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, leadership skills, and the ability to work 60-80% on the production floor to drive performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience with leadership.
• High School/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Team and Line Trio to meet safety, quality, cost and production goals.
• Develop annual and 90-day action plans for the line(s).
• Ensure adequate staffing and line availability.
• Train and coach technicians on DMS and incident evaluation.
• Drive loss analysis and process improvements on the line.
• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and sustain equipment standards.
