You will influence a team environment, optimize resources, and strive to meet or exceed production targets, with opportunities to coach junior supervisors and implement improvements across value streams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 4–5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lead within a team environment and influence others.
• Strong safety and quality focus; escalate issues per site policies.
• Stand 8–12 hours daily; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work 40–60 hours weekly depending on demand.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy responsibilities for the Line Supervisor I role.
• Manage line clearances for lot changes and line setup on multiple value streams.
• Work as a Production Technician on assigned lines to maximize performance.
• Back up and support to Operations Coordinator.
• Train Line Supervisor candidates as Subject Matter Expert.
• Identify, implement and drive process improvements to reduce human error and increase OEE.
• Communicate improvement opportunities through cross-functional teams and align with production priorities.
