The role requires at least 3 years as a line cook with food service experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; candidates must be 21+ for California gaming operations and pass pre-employment checks

Qualificações

• Three years line cook and food service experience.
• One-year supervisory experience, required.
• Must be 21 years of age in California.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug tests, and background investigation.
• Obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
