Job summary

Elliott Aviation is seeking a Line Service Crew Chief to lead daily ramp operations, coordinate line service tasks, and ensure safe handling of business aircraft.

You will supervise shift activities, mentor teammates, perform fueling and towing duties, and uphold FAA regulations while delivering outstanding customer service across our ramp operations.

Primary schedule is day shift with occasional evenings and weekends; relocation assistance may be available for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of aviation line service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain airport security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift activities and provide operational direction for line service personnel.
• Marshal, park, secure, and reposition aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Tow aircraft for maintenance, storage, hangaring, and customer requests.
• Perform aircraft fueling operations in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate aircraft movements and hangar utilization with internal departments and flight crews.
• Train and mentor line service technicians on safety, fueling, customer service, and handling techniques.
• Promote adherence to FAA regulations and ramp safety standards.
• Monitor ramp conditions and maintain a safe operating environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to aircraft owners, operators, passengers, pilots, and crew.
