Job summary

Hill Aircraft & Leasing Corporation is seeking a Line Service Supervisor to lead day-to-day Line Service operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves supervising shifts, ensuring safety, and coordinating tasks with Line Service Technicians to meet company standards.

The LSS represents Hill Aircraft professionally, guiding staff, conducting safety briefings, and maintaining quality control on the ramp and fueling activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-years of Line Service operations experience with an FBO.
• Prior Line Service Supervisor or higher leadership in Line Operations preferred.
• Current PLST NATA Safety 1st Certifications.
• Superb knowledge of aviation terminology, general aviation aircraft, and ramp management.
• Proficient in ramp operations, aircraft servicing, customer service, fueling, quality control, towing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Service shifts in alignment with Hill Aircraft goals and standards.
• Ensure operations are conducted on time while upholding safety and procedures.
• Promote a positive working environment and top-tier customer service.
• Serve as the primary communication link for shift team members.
• Head safety briefings and oversee flight line operations each shift.
• Delegate duties, monitor progress, and assess results.
• Assist in training team members per PLST Safety 1st guidelines.
