  • Monitor ramp conditions and assist in maintaining a safe operating environment.
  • Assist with fuel inventory management, records, and associated operational documentation.
  • Conduct routine inspections of ground support equipment and coordinate maintenance needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional ramp, hangar, and facility environments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to aircraft owners, operators, passengers, pilots, and crew members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Top candidates will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft handling, marshaling, towing, parking, and ramp safety practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound operational decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach to supporting operational excellence.
  • Ability to effectively train and mentor fellow team members.
Education and Experience:
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of aviation line service experience.
  • Demonstrated aircraft towing experience.
  • Experience performing aircraft fueling operations.
