Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Irwindale, CA is seeking a temporary Line Inspector in the Quality department. The role reports to the Quality Team Lead and is non-exempt with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. The position involves working in refrigerated areas and performing finished goods checks.

Responsibile for following GMP/PPE, HACCP, sanitation, and USDA compliance, while supporting production team leads to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards. A fast-paced plant environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, 24-hour plant environment.
• GED/High School Diploma.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to understand plant KPIs (production, quality & safety).

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and safety guidelines.
• Maintains HACCP and sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Performs finished goods checks and quality verifications.
• Operates equipment safely and conducts basic adjustments.
• Audits production lines for USDA compliance.
• Supports line setup, changeovers and scheduling adherence.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows 5S practices.
