The role includes hands‑on direction, coordinating tasks, training new hires, and stepping in for supervisors as needed, with a focus on safety and a positive, high‑morale work environment on the 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM).

Manufacturing Lead – Line

As a Manufacturing Lead – Line, you play a key leadership role within the department, bridging communication between supervisors, upper management, and production staff. Operating within larger departments, you act as a lead and delegator on the production floor, ensuring product quality, meeting customer specifications, and consistently achieving efficiency and productivity targets.

In addition to providing hands‑on direction, you coordinate tasks, demonstrate job instructions to new hires, and occasionally step in for Assistant Supervisors and Supervisors as needed.

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
