Job summary

Personalization Mall is seeking a Manufacturing Lead – Line for the 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). Lead the production line, coordinate tasks, and ensure product quality and efficiency to meet customer specifications.

You will mentor staff, reassign assignments as needed, and provide guidance to assistants and supervisors when required. Requires English proficiency, strong communication, and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-messaging skills.
• Must communicate clearly with supervisors and staff.
• Ability to prioritize and organize production tasks.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and office software proficiency.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at a high level.
• Demonstrate job instructions to new/temporary staff.
• Evaluate orders and set up production lines.
• Collaborate across departments to meet specs and efficiency targets.
• Foster a positive work environment with high morale.
• Reassign and regroup associates to maximize team strengths.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and help resolve production line issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and operational work area.
