Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. seeks a production/warehouse lead to support the production line under supervision. You will coordinate start-up, assist operators and maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across the line.

The role involves documenting performance, monitoring downtime, and promptly reporting food safety issues. Ability to work overtime and stand through shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with all set-ups before starting the production line.
• Assist operators and maintenance in troubleshooting equipment.
• Document line operation, performance and downtime.
• Relieve operators for Lunch and Breaks when needed.
• Follow all company policies including safety practices.
• Responsible for Food Safety and Quality within influence.
• Report Food Safety and Quality problems promptly to personnel with authority.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.

Responsibilities

• Support the production line under supervision to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with line set-ups and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment in coordination with operators and maintenance.
• Document operation metrics and downtime for shift.
• Relieve operators for breaks and meals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and food safety standards.
• Escalate quality or safety issues promptly.
