Job summary

The Kitchen Partner in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a reliable kitchen team member to assist in daily operations, set up stations for shifts, and ensure timely production of guest orders according to company recipes.

You will help maintain cleanliness, monitor quality, manage stock, and assist management with safety and security, reporting any equipment issues promptly. The role requires physical stamina and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Assist in taking care of guest needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift.
• Produce guest orders in a timely fashion according to company recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Put away orders as they arrive and check quality.
• Complete daily checklists and par sheets accurately.
• Ensure all food meets quality standards and secure shrinkage control.
• Report equipment issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in guest service and station setup at each shift.
• Prepare and deliver dishes per standard recipes and timing.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Monitor product quality and safety standards daily.
• Communicate issues to supervision and resolve minor problems.
