Job summary

BLACK FOREST VENTURES LLC is seeking a Kitchen Partner at The Kitchen in The Woodlands, TX. This role covers back‑of‑house positions including line cook, prep cook, or dishwasher and reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and other store management.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down stations, producing orders accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following quality systems. Candidates should handle up to 50 lbs and stay organized under pressure.

Qualifications

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
• Properly producing the guest's order
• Mantain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Putting orders away as they arrive
• Checking product for our quality standards
• Complete daily checklists
• Complete daily par sheets accurately
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations
• Shrink / security control
• Follow systems for quality
• Alert management to any issues or problems
• Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
