Black Walnut Cafe in Houston is seeking a Kitchen Partner to assist in hot line, prep, and dishwashing, reporting to the Kitchen Manager. You will help produce orders promptly, maintain station cleanliness, and ensure quality across all products.

This role requires strong time management, good communication, and ability to work under pressure. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 6–10 hours. Training provided.

Qualificações

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift.
• Properly producing the guest's order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Putting orders away as they arrive.
• Checking product for our quality standards.
• Complete daily checklists and daily par sheets.
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations.
• Shrink / security control.
• Follow systems for quality.
• Alert management to any issues or problems.
• Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management.
