The Kitchen Partner reports to the Kitchen Manager and collaborates with store management to ensure timely, quality meal production and adherence to safety standards.

• Assist in guest needs
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations
• Produce guest orders accurately
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Receive and store orders promptly
• Ensure product quality
• Complete daily checklists and par sheets
• Ensure all food meets expectations
• Monitor shrink/security controls
• Report equipment issues to management

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with needs and inquiries
• Set up and breakdown kitchen stations for shifts
• Prepare and portion guest orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Receive and store incoming orders promptly
• Check product quality against company standards
• Follow systems for quality control
• Report malfunctioning equipment to store management
• Monitor shrinkage and security measures
• Adhere to company recipes and procedures
