Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring a Line Operator for the Anodizing and Electroless Nickel departments. The role supports coordinating tanks, monitoring chemicals and equipment, and ensuring product quality.

This 1st shift position offers safety training and opportunities to advance within a long-established surface engineering leader. The ideal candidate is ready to work in a manufacturing environment, with strong English communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Prior experience working with chemical processing or plating experience (higher wage offered with this experience)
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate anodizing or electroless nickel processing lines.
• Monitor tanks, pH, solution levels, and equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Train and assist material handlers and new line operators.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas; report any issues promptly.
• Provide accurate run sheets and shift handoffs; communicate across shifts.
