The role involves loading parts, monitoring baths and equipment, and ensuring work meets customer specs while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Overtime and first shift options provide stability and opportunities to grow within a specialized industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with multiple plating lines (nickel, cadmium) is a strong plus.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Accurate completion of paperwork and production records.
• Basic familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers; XRF) is a plus.

• Flexible start/end times available
