Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring for a Line Operator in the Anodizing & Electroless Nickel department. The role involves operating process lines, coordinating with supervisors and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

We look for candidates with strong work ethic, ability to read work orders, and English communication skills. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with higher wages for those with plating experience or chemical processing background.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with chemical processing or plating is preferred for higher wage.
• Must be able to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
• Candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate anodizing or electroless nickel lines following prescribed process baths and parameters.
• Coordinate with Team Lead and Supervisors to maximize tank efficiency and meet schedules.
• Monitor pH and tank levels; document run sheets with temperatures and voltages.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with training new line operators and material handlers.
