Job summary

Texas Precision Plating (DBA DFW Anodize and Metal Finishing, LLC) in Garland, TX, is seeking a Line Operator to handle anodizing, chemical film, passivation, and related finishing steps for aerospace, defense, and commercial components.

You will follow travelers and process specs precisely to meet AS9100 requirements, maintain traceability, and perform routine safety and quality checks in a wet chemical environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in plating, anodizing, or metal finishing.
• Able to read travelers and work instructions.
• Basic math skills and accurate recordkeeping.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rack, load, and unload parts on finishing lines per traveler.
• Operate tanks to posted times, temps, and current settings; record data.
• Handle parts to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups.
• Perform masking and de-masking as required.
• Conduct in-process visual checks and escalate abnormalities.
• Maintain part identification and traceability through pack-out.
• Follow chemical safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support tank additions, cleaning, and line maintenance.
