Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a Line Operator for the anodizing department on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) in Tualatin, Oregon. The starting pay is $22.00/hour with quarterly bonuses, and opportunity for a pay review after 90 days.

The role involves coordinating process baths, ensuring high-quality finishes, and training new line operators. Safety-sensitive position with responsibilities spanning load inspection, tank scheduling, and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect loads and coordinate with Team Lead/Shift Supervisor to maximize tank time.
• Process raw aluminum parts between chemical finishing tanks per specifications.
• Monitor and adjust tanks, refer non-conformities to supervisors, and document run sheets.
• Operate standard equipment such as rectifiers, pumps, and cranes and perform basic troubleshooting.
