Pioneer Metal Finishing is a leading surface engineering company in North America, with 75+ years of experience delivering metal finishing solutions for healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets. We are hiring a production operator to support load inspection, tank operations, and process control on the shop floor.

You will monitor tanks, record run data, communicate with team members, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Inspect loads prior to pickup for identification, tooling, security, heights, and depth location.
• Coordinate loads with Team Lead/Supervisor to optimize tank time.
• Ensure there is a program before processing loads; contact supervisor if not.
• Process special loads following precise specifications and proper communication between process techs, supervisors, leads, and other line operators.
• Operate multiple lines and equipment such as rectifiers, pumps, and cranes.
• Maintain accurate run sheets with temperatures, voltages, and other data.
• Monitor pH and solution levels; notify lab of non-conformities and adjust as needed.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and orderly.
• Report equipment problems via designated procedure and suggest tooling improvements.
