Kelly Services is seeking a Line Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Moorhead, MN. Join a fast-paced team and help manage material flow between Hot Press and Printer machines, feeding materials and removing defects to keep production moving.

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination for handling products and equipment.
• Comfortable working around machinery, conveyors, and ongoing noise.
• Quick decision-maker and strong problem solver.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communicator with a positive, professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage material flow between Hot Press and Printer machines for smooth production
• Feed materials into machines and remove defective items
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
• Complete housekeeping paperwork accurately and on time
• Stack products on pallets and promptly report concerns to your supervisor
• Follow all company policies, rules, and safety regulations
• Support the entire production team as needed

Position: Line Operator

Pay Rate: $21.59 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (rotating schedule, including weekends)
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (rotating schedule, including weekends)
