Kelly Services in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Machine Operator to support our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality parts safely and efficiently.

This role requires 1-2+ years of factory experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple machines. Shift is 1st: 5:30am–4pm, Mon-Thu, with $19/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 1st shift: 5:30am – 4pm Monday -Thursday

• Pay: $19/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in our production process. You’ll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
• Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all safety procedures.
