Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive transmission and substation construction/maintenance projects. You will provide technical support, oversight, scheduling, monitoring, coordination, and management updates for field activities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, planners, and field teams to ensure work is delivered on time, safely and per design. A strong leadership and communication mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and company personnel.
• Ensure facilities are installed and commissioned per design and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, operations, and local groups to optimize outages.
• Prepare pre-job scope, work packages, material estimates, and cost projections.
• Document as-built drawings and update LWMS/SWMS and manuals.
• Coordinate material orders, equipment, site readiness, and jobsite setup.
