• High School diploma or equivalent required; demonstrated leadership skills.
• Three years manufacturing experience with preference in equipment setup, CNC machining, measurements, and calculations.
• Reading and writing ability to follow work orders and prepare simple production reports.
• Basic math skills.
• Manual dexterity to operate machines.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect parts.
• Physical ability to stoop and bend.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control over the production line and oversee both machine operation and manpower.
• Escalate problems to the Group Lead and ensure proper documentation on L2L.
• Communicate daily production activities to Group Leads and update logs.
• Assist with troubleshooting product quality and performance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and organized work environment and enforce 5S and PPE rules.
• Oversee start‑up and shutdown procedures and coordinate with support departments.
• Coach and train operators to ensure consistent understanding of work instructions.
