Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily machining department operations
• Manage all aspects of quality, safety, production and coaching opportunities
• Communicate and execute all change overs with Line Operators (General Associates)
• All end of shift information is accurate and recorded
• Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions
• Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals
• Other duties as assigned
