Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain the qualifications for higher line classifications per company progression.
• Requires HireVue Line Worker assessment and a physical abilities test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, removal and inspection of overhead and underground facilities.
• Demonstrate ability to perform ground person duties under supervision.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and installing poles, towers and structures.
• Progress to operating company equipment after completing D-100 or equivalent experience.
• Operate equipment and work on energized conductors up to 260 volts under supervision after certain milestones.
• Read and record information on kilowatt-hour meters; maintain tools and equipment safely.
