Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of distribution electrical power line work experience or equivalent.
• One-year electrical power line school certificate with internship or associate degree.
• Must have CDL Class A license.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, remove and inspect overhead and underground facilities and equipment.
• After C-100, perform work on conductors energized up to 260 volts under general supervision.
• Test, de-energize and ground URD cable; splice, terminate and troubleshoot URD cable.
• Build and erect equipment mountings and perform switching of energized circuits.
