Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on Breeze aircraft at our Raleigh, NC base. You will troubleshoot, run-ups, and sign mechanical flight releases in compliance with FAA regulations and Breeze policies.

Responsibilities include updating all maintenance records, maintaining a safe work area, and coordinating with supervisors. A&P or Repairman certification and strong English skills are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
• Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license with no infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with no travel restrictions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge per TSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties per Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
• Maintain accountability for all work performed.
• Complete Breeze forms for all work and inspections.
• Handle parts, units, and aircraft during repair.
• Keep documentation up to date for open discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Submit OJT Task Cards on time and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and operative work area; account for tools.
• Care for and use tooling and equipment properly.
• Notify Lead/ supervisors of any airworthiness concerns.
• Maintain A&P or Repairman certificate for inspection.
