Job summary

Wonder's Mighty Quinn's is seeking a Line Leader to help oversee day-to-day service, support food quality, maintain an organized line, and ensure every guest receives a warm, efficient experience on the floor.

This role is an experienced FOH position focused on leading by example, with no direct supervision of peers, offering training periods, progressive responsibilities, and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing all shift duties and ensure tasks are executed properly per Mighty Quinn’s rules
• Provide support to the FOH team members by assisting Cutters, Sides, Cashiers, and Expeditors to ensure successful service
• Occasionally assist BOH staff with certain tasks, where necessary for successful execution of service
• Cover open shifts and/or step in to work on the line, where necessary
• Monitor FOH staff performance and ensure compliance with all Mighty Quinn’s rules, where necessary
• Perform any and all other tasks customarily required of a FOH line leader
• A willing attitude to go above and beyond in order to please all of our guests.
• Able to work well with co-workers in a way that builds effective team spirit.
