Job summary

Mighty Quinn's, a Wonder restaurant, is hiring a Line Leader to help oversee day-to-day service, support food quality, keep the line organized, and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, efficient experience.

This role offers Training Pay Rate of $20.00 per hour for 4 weeks, followed by $19.00 per hour plus tips. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available at MQ Clifton BBQ, with benefits including PTO, health coverage, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Willingness to learn multiple stations and cross-train

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing all Shift Duties (as listed below) and ensure that all tasks have been executed properly and in compliance with all Mighty Quinn’s rules
• Provide support to the FOH Team Members by regularly assisting Cutters, Sides, Cashiers, and Expeditors to ensure successful service
• Occasionally assist BOH staff with certain tasks, where necessary for successful execution of service
• Cover open shifts and/or step in to work on the line, where necessary
• Monitor FOH staff performance and ensure compliance with all Mighty Quinn’s rules, where necessary
• Perform any and all other tasks customarily required of a FOH line leader
• A willing attitude to go above and beyond in order to please all of our guests.
• Able to work well with co-workers in a way that builds effective team spirit.
