Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations and cross-train.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift while working.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift.
• Weekend availability.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Aufgaben

• Assist in completing all shift duties and ensure tasks are executed per Mighty Quinn’s rules.
• Support FOH Team Members by assisting Cutters, Sides, Cashiers, and Expeditors to ensure successful service.
• Occasionally assist BOH staff for successful service execution.
• Cover open shifts or work on the line as needed.
• Monitor FOH staff performance and ensure compliance with rules.
