Responsibilities

• Organize line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensure workmanship standards and CIQ system are followed and issues fixed promptly.
• Minimize changeover times with planning and organized execution.
• Control material on the floor and ensure stock and supplies are available.
• Maintain accurate, current documentation on the line.
• Communicate deviations or changes to employees and escalate concerns.
• Inform Manufacturing Supervisor of employee issues and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across responsibilities.
• Ensure staff are trained, certified, and perform assigned functions.
• Provide timely feedback to motivate performance and meet deadlines.
• Track production and ensure timelines and schedules are met.
• Review policies to ensure proper understanding and adherence.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
