Job summary

embecta in Holdrege, NE is hiring a Line Lead – Warehouse, D shift to supervise warehouse operations, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards. You will guide associates, monitor adherence to controlled documents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include assigning work, training teammates, leading root-cause investigations, and maintaining accurate process documentation while fostering a safe, open, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years operating powered industrial trucks.
• 3+ years using ERP, WMS or MES systems.
• 3+ years in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors team members to ensure compliance to controlled documents.
• Provides work direction to associates in assigned area(s).
• Directs training for associates in their assigned area(s).
• Responsible for all process documentation accuracy, completion and handoff.
• Sets work assignment/direction of associates as needed.
• Lead interacts with other Line Leads to share best practices and standardize.
• Escalates issues and leads root-cause investigations when needed.
• Supports continuous improvement activities and ensures changes are implemented.
• Maintains safety and clean, safe environment; ensures open communication.
