Job summary

Jabil is seeking a production leader to guide a group of operators in achieving on-time delivery, high quality, and optimal productivity. The role emphasizes supervision of daily operations and ensuring adherence to procedures with strong team communication.

The candidate will support line utilization, monitor production metrics, and act as a liaison between operators and management while maintaining CIQ standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC including Windows-based OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the assigned production area.
• Report directly to APS.
• Support workflow coordination, productivity, and quality.
• No direct reports; not a people-manager role.
• Ensure high machine utilization and efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system implementation.
