Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced PC skills with knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Highlight high fallout to Manufacturing Supervisor and ensure adherence to production standards.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system implementation on the line.
• Act as communication link between operators and management.
